Returns and Refunds
Eligibility and Timeframe
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
Return Process
- We offer a hassle-free return policy for all unopened products.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll provide a return label for a replacement.
- Rattles & Feather Fans exceptions:
- If there are defects upon receipt, contact us within 7 days.
- If you decide not to keep the item, return within 14 days.
- Custom Feather Fans or Rattles are non-returnable unless defective.
- All Rattles and Feather Fans have a 30-day workmanship guarantee.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods like floral spray opened herbs or flowers.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and certain health/personal care items.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Reasons Your Refund May Not Be Approved
- Unauthorized return.
- Lack of proof of purchase.
- Return beyond seven days of receipt.
- Opened or used items.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.
- If needed, contact us if you haven’t received your refund after seven business days.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Contact us for exchange inquiries.
Gifts
- Gifted items can be returned for a gift credit.
- If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
- You’ll receive a return address by email after contacting customer service.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from your refund.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for valuable returns.
