Returns and Refunds

Eligibility and Timeframe

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  • We offer a hassle-free return policy for all unopened products.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll provide a return label for a replacement.
  • Rattles & Feather Fans exceptions:
    • If there are defects upon receipt, contact us within 7 days.
    • If you decide not to keep the item, return within 14 days.
    • Custom Feather Fans or Rattles are non-returnable unless defective.
    • All Rattles and Feather Fans have a 30-day workmanship guarantee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods like floral spray opened herbs or flowers.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and certain health/personal care items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Reasons Your Refund May Not Be Approved

  • Unauthorized return.
  • Lack of proof of purchase.
  • Return beyond seven days of receipt.
  • Opened or used items.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank.
  • If needed, contact us if you haven’t received your refund after seven business days.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Contact us for exchange inquiries.

Gifts

  • Gifted items can be returned for a gift credit.
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • You’ll receive a return address by email after contacting customer service.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from your refund.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for valuable returns.
